Target folder C:\program files\blabla, the files writing will be redirected to the UAC Virtual Store folder(C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\blabla.). As an result, even if an user has write permissions on the In Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, UAC(user access control) protects the system folders(like, C:\Windows, C:\Program Files) from unexpected writting. Then all users should be able to download files from the server and write the new versions to the target folder. Previous Vista, we just need to grant the write access of the target folder(program files\blabla) to Everyone.
